A Record $188 Million Week

U.S. spot Solana exchange-traded funds drew about $188 million in net inflows across the five trading sessions ending September 25, a record weekly total for the group. Bitwise's BSOL accounted for approximately $128 million, or 68% of the new money. Every fund in the group attracted inflows, making this a broad week for the category even though one manager captured most of the demand.

Grayscale's GSOL drew about $28 million and Fidelity's FSOL about $18 million. The remaining funds from Morgan Stanley, VanEck, Franklin Templeton and 21Shares shared roughly $14 million. Friday alone brought around $87 million across the products, also a daily record. These are net creations of fund exposure, rather than figures for trading volume between existing ETF shareholders.

Competition Among Fund Managers

An ETF lets investors buy SOL exposure through a brokerage account without holding the token in a personal wallet. That convenience helps explain why fund-flow data have become a closely watched measure of institutional and retail interest. But a new fund allocation is only one part of Solana's market. Network activity, token supply and broader crypto conditions still matter for the underlying asset's price.

Bitwise has taken roughly three quarters of the group's cumulative inflows, although its share of last week's total was lower than that longer-term level. The latest figures show competitors gaining money at the same time as the leading fund grows. The coming weeks will show whether the record represents a lasting expansion in Solana allocations or a concentrated burst of demand after a strong period for digital-asset funds.
