Report an error

Email contact@postabay.com with the page address and what is wrong. Include a source if you have one. We aim to acknowledge within two working days.

How we handle corrections

• Factual error in our own wording. We correct the text and add a dated correction note at the foot of the story explaining what changed.
• Error originating with the publisher we aggregated. We update or remove our page and point to the publisher's corrected version.
• Significant error. Where an error materially changed the meaning of a story, the correction note stays on the page permanently.
• Minor fixes. Typos and formatting are fixed without a note.

We do not silently delete stories to make an error disappear. If a story is withdrawn, the page explains why.

Right of reply and takedown

If you are the subject of a story and believe it is inaccurate, or you are a publisher who does not wish to be aggregated by Postabay, contact legal@postabay.com. Copyright complaints are actioned promptly and content is removed while a dispute is reviewed.
