A $37 Million Series A

HIFI has raised $37 million in a Series A financing round as it builds services connecting stablecoin transfers with conventional financial accounts. The funding gives the company additional resources to expand its payments platform, develop card issuance and support tokenized capital market products. Left Lane Capital led the round. The size of the investment stands out at a time when companies selling practical payment infrastructure are attracting more attention than projects built around a single speculative token.

The business focuses on a familiar problem: a company may be able to receive digital dollars quickly but still needs banking connections, compliance controls and local payment methods to spend or distribute them. HIFI aims to connect those steps so clients can move money between blockchain networks and the accounts used in everyday commerce. That makes the product relevant to cross-border payments, corporate treasury operations and businesses that pay international contractors.

Competing in a Crowded Market

The financing also reflects the increasingly crowded market for stablecoin infrastructure. Payment companies, banks and crypto-native firms are building tools that promise faster settlement, but commercial adoption depends on reliable conversion into local currencies and straightforward integration with existing operations. HIFI will have to show that its network can handle real customer flows at scale while meeting the requirements imposed on financial intermediaries in different jurisdictions.

The company plans to use the new capital for hiring and regulatory operations alongside product development. Its next milestone is likely to be measured through the number of businesses using the platform and the volume of payments those businesses actually process. Raising money provides capacity to build those relationships; repeated use by customers will determine whether the platform becomes an enduring part of the payments market.
